The Osberg Viking Ship design was made in collaboration with the Cultural History Museum / University of Oslo (the Viking Ship House on Bygdøy and the Historical Museum in Oslo). The motif is a graphic representation of the forecastle of the Oseberg ship.

The pillow sham has opposite motifs on the front and back.
