Slow cooked salty licorice with caramelized sweet chocolate flavored with crispy feuilletine and French sea salt. One of the world's finest sea salts — Fleur de sel de Guérande from Brittany, France — tickles your taste buds first. Then, as an almost brutal contrast, a big caramel sweetness from the sweet chocolate, crispness from the feuilletine (“pastry crunch”) and finally the bittersweet, slightly salted licorice that makes the flavour profile complete.
