In the North, when we are in support of something, you'll say 'Oh sure'.  And if you are really, really are pro the idea, it's more 'Oh sure. You Betcha!' It may be hard for non-North people to understand, but most likely if someone of Scandinavian heritage is asked if they'd like second helpings of Lutefisk, you would likely hear the whole phrase 'Oh sure!  You Betcha!!!'
